Operator ($1,200/yr) is one seat for one operator. Self-serve checkout. The full eight modules, Hayes, the Playbook, and the credential — for the person getting fluent on their own work.

Team ($1,400/seat/yr, five-seat minimum) adds the layer a manager needs once the work scales past their own desk: the admin console, company-wide leaderboard, weekly manager reporting across all seats, and a named champion onboarding.
