What's the difference between the three?
Operator is one seat for one operator. It's the full product — the complete curriculum, Hayes as your in-product mentor, the Playbook, and the manager-reporting view — for the person getting fluent on their own work and wanting something concrete to show for it. This is the tier you can buy on your own, today, without a sales call.
Team is that same product for everyone on a team — $1,400 per seat per year, five-seat minimum — with one buyer holding the admin console, the company-wide leaderboard, weekly manager reporting across all seats, and a named champion onboarding. If you are the manager rolling fluency out to your people, this is the tier; your operators' seats are provisioned through it.
Portfolio is for private-equity operating partners and anyone deploying across multiple operating companies. It adds sponsor-level readiness reporting across the portfolio and dedicated onboarding, priced to the size of the rollout.
